These Terms and Conditions apply to all of the products that are displayed on our Site at the time of access. This includes all products listed as being “out of stock”.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order in our sole discretion for any reason. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid, in accordance with our Refund Policy. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Except where prohibited by law, under no circumstance will Style In Form or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, service providers, advisors, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, or successors, as applicable, (the “Covered Parties”) be liable for any actions, claims, losses (including, without limitation, losses involving or resulting in business interruption, loss of profits, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss), damages (including consequential, direct or indirect, exemplary, special, or incidental damages), liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) from your use or access of the Site (collectively, “Losses”). The Covered Parties’ total cumulative liability in connection with or resulting from your use of the Site, whether in contract or tort or otherwise (including negligence), will not exceed the greater of amounts paid to Style in Form or $100.00.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Covered Parties, from and against any Losses, including claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your use of or access to our Site, including, but not limited to, any content you post or information you share, access to third-party sites, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

The Site and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site and under these Terms and Conditions will be instituted in the courts of Vancouver in the Province of British Columbia. As a user of our Site, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such courts.

All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
