Once your request is received and approved, you will be sent an e-mail containing your return authorization number and return instructions.

You must attach product photos with your request. All returns require a Return Authorization Form and must be approved by a Style In Form Representative. Delivery, Shipping and set-up fees are non-refundable. Our warehouse will not receive any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and all unauthorized returns will be shipped back at customers expense. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All Sale items are final sale.
