<h3><strong>Photo Accuracy</strong></h3>

<p>We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible in all product photography. However, due to inconsistencies in device screen settings and differences in lighting conditions, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on any screen will precisely match the actual product colours. We recommend requesting fabric samples before placing an order or visiting our showroom in Burnaby, BC.</p>

<li>We reserve the right to refuse any return.</li>
<li>We do not offer cash refunds. Credit notes are issued only on merchandise value before shipping, handling, and assembly charges.</li>
<li>Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.</li>

<li>Merchandise must be returned in unopened cartons and be in saleable condition.</li>
<li>If parts cannot be replaced easily, Style In Form will send replacement units. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Style In Form.</li>

<h3><strong>The Returns Process for Warranty &amp; Damaged Goods</strong></h3>
<p>For any warranty or damage claims, fill out the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) form on our website within 5 business days of pickup or receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 5 days. You must include good-quality photographs that clearly show the defect as well as a detailed written description. We will replace the item if the situation merits it, but the delivery or pick up is the purchaser&rsquo;s responsibility.</p>

<li>All returns must be in their original packaging and must be in good condition for resale</li>
<li>The purchaser is responsible for any return freight charges. Any loss during shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please insure your return shipment against loss or damage and only use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery.</li>
<li>Style In Form will provide a return address once the claim has been processed and approved.</li>
<li>If a replacement is approved and authorized, the delivery or pickup is the original purchaser&rsquo;s responsibility.</li>

<p>We have implemented new shipping rules that take some of the stress off orders where some items are in stock and ready to ship, while others are out-of-stock. When you place your order, you will be quoted a shipping rate for the entire order, regardless of inventory availability.</p>

<h3><strong>Why are we doing this?</strong></h3>
<p>Our customers typically want to ship an order when all items are in stock to avoid split and additional shipping charges. Holding those orders translates into inventory that isn&rsquo;t making its way to you and a risk that when the out-of-stock items on your original order finally arrive, products that were once in stock, may no longer be available. It can get confusing and frustrating, and we don&rsquo;t want that.</p>

<h3><strong>With our new policy, you don&rsquo;t have to worry about extra basic shipping costs when orders are split. We quote you a rate for the entire order and that is the rate you pay, even if the order is split into multiple shipments.</strong></h3>
<p><strong>If all items are in stock:</strong>&nbsp;We ship your order immediately. You are charged for the order, and shipping plus any additional charges such as tailgate, residential delivery etc.&nbsp;<strong>If some items are in stock and others are out of stock:&nbsp;</strong>We quote you a shipping rate for the entire order.</p>

<li>In-stock items ship immediately. You are charged for the&nbsp;items + shipping and additional services at the quoted rate.</li>
<li>When the remaining products come in, we ship them right away at the same quoted rate. No need to contact you with a shipping quote - we just ship the order.</li>
<li>Services such as tailgate or residential delivery will be charged with each shipment.</li>

<li>Vacuum upholstered furniture regularly</li>

Our partners strive to minimize dye lot differences, but it's virtually impossible to achieve complete uniformity.</p>

<p>Your safety and the safety of your customers is important. Please read this essential Style In Form Storage Bed Safety information and share with your customers and consumers.</p>
<h4>Never allow children near the bed when opening and closing it to prevent accidents. Specifically, do not allow children to:</h4>

<li>Sit inside the storage bed while it is open</li>
<li>Hang from the strap that is used to open the bed</li>
<li>Climb on top of the mattress while the storage bed is open</li>
<li>Failure to heed this warning could result in serious injury, suffocation, and even death.</li>
