Warranty

All Style In Form products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date the product is invoiced by Style In Form.

  • Any product(s) to be used for purposes other than residential use, must be specified by the buyer prior to purchase.
  • This limited one-year warranty, issued to the original purchaser only, is against manufacturer defects towards labour, materials, or replacement, not including delivery.
  • This warranty is not transferable without the express written approval of Style In Form.
  • AS IS and FLOOR MODEL products are excluded.
  • This warranty does not apply to any product(s) which have been misused, altered in any way or are subject to improper care, normal wear and tear, exposure, corrosion, or damage caused by rain, fire or other and all acts of nature.
  • Any altering, misuse, or abuse of a product or if the product is used for any purpose for which it was not manufactured, will void the warranty.
  • Warranty claims must follow our Returns and Claims procedure
  • Products under warranty are limited to repair or replacement. Style In Form will repair or replace the item if warranted, excluding any transportation costs. If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be applied for the amount paid at the time of purchase to the original purchaser.
