Helping to Break the Bias

We believe in a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination.

One of the greatest assets of Style In Form is our people. We strive to be a family. A family that is inclusive, equitable and diverse. March 8th marks the annual International Women’s Day – a day to celebrate women’s achievements and visibility while challenging the world to call out inequality.

This year’s theme is Break the Bias.

IWD is a day to raise awareness against bias and take action toward creating equality around the world. A reminder to create spaces that value all voices equally while encouraging ongoing dialogue around creating supportive environments for everyone.

Together as an industry we must combat bias and create workplaces where differences are valued, required and celebrated. We all have a responsibility to seek diversity and embrace inclusion in our personal lives, at work, and in our communities.

Today we are shining a light on this very important day and ask you to accept the challenge to Break the Bias.
