These terms and conditions in these policies (these “Policies”) are to be read in connection with our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein. Capitalized terms used and not defined will have the meanings in the Terms and Conditions.

These Policies apply to when interacting with the Site, which is located at and owned and operated by Style In Form Marketing Inc. (“Style In Form”).

By accessing or using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions and these Policies below and agree to abide by them at all times in connection with your use of or access to the Site. These Policies set forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you are accepting the current version of these Policies on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent, and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and be bound by these Policies, on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent. These Policies may be updated from time to time, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of the provisions of these Policies, then you must not access the Site or any of its content or services, and must cease using the Site. Any prior access to or uses of the Site, including purchases made through the Site, shall be governed by these Policies and the Terms and Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

When you purchase goods, products, or services (collectively, “Products”) from our Site, the Products will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Style In Form will ship to any commercial destination within Canada; and

  • All prices are F.O.B.

Shipping to Burnaby or Delta, British Columbia, or other locations designated from time to time, may be subject to additional terms, which may change without notice. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Style In Form shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage to purchased Products while in transit. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the Products you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your Product to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the Product.

Refunds will only be accepted for broken or defective Products. Products that are damaged during shipping are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for sale items. Sale items are considered final.

To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, and provide details about the broken or defective Product.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the request is approved.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the broken or defective Product back to us for inspection. If the Product is found to be genuinely broken or defective, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

Returns Policy

Returns can be made in person at the following locations:

  • at our Burnaby Warehouse located at 8289 N Fraser Way #107, Burnaby, BC V3N 0B9; and

  • such other locations as may be designated by Style In Form from time to time.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
For any warranty or damage claims, fill out the RMA# (Return Authorization) form on our Site within 5 business days of pickup or receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 5 days. You must include good-quality photographs that clearly show the defect as well as a detailed written description. We will replace the item if the situation merits it, but the delivery or pick up is the purchaser’s responsibility.

Guarantees Policy

We provide a limited one-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) commencing a year from the date of purchase which is non-transferable, non-assignable. The Warranty is issued to the original purchaser only, against manufacturer defects in labour, materials, or replacement.

The Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, or any other factors not related to manufacturer defects. The Warranty does not cover delivery charges, or any other costs associated with transportation of the Product.

To make a Warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, and contact us within the warranty period. Upon receipt of a valid Warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a refund for up to the original purchase price.
